A Boat A Day (no.312)

At my folks today, enjoying some quality time with my mum and puppy. We've had a nice evening so far and will be dying some hair soon. I made my boat before I left for the train today, it's a charm necklace with multiple chains. I'll be wearing it tomorrow with my new dress and new shoes :)

A Boat a Day (no.311)

I've been working hard to complete some of the wedding decor in time for this weekend. I'll be going home for my sisters Hen-Do and I want to take atleast a sample of everything I've been doing. Unfortunately, engrossed as I was in painting initials and making hearts from withy, I forgot until now to make a boat today. I made it from a few stems of wheat, simply natural.

A Boat a Day (no.310)

Today I designed a colouring competition for the Easton Arts Trail, I'm going to my mum's this weekend and she always loves to show off her printer so I'll be printing a batch for people to take home and colour in. However I have decided that this competition can be open to you too, so feel free to download and print (or paint on your computer which is what I have done) and email it to me before the June 20th Deadline! I will choose a winner and up to three runner's up who will receive a random boat from my collection.

A Boat A Day (no.309)

I've had the house to myself this evening, a very unusual occurance. To make the most of it I have been watching girly movies and painting my nails. I tried to do a nail boat before but they were hideous! This time they are much cuter.

A Boat A Day (no.308)

Me and Taz are hosting an open house at the Easton Arts Trail in a few weeks, we will be exhibiting our 365 projects among other things and have begun making a collaborative banner to hang outside. My boat for the day is a recycled bit of bedding with some fantastic detail, so far we have changed the pirates so they are us, and added the lettering. Tomorrow we will do some beading and other details to add a bit of personal bling.
